We really appreciate the cozy room, clean and comfortable bed, they thought of every detail, even offering us skin care products. This is a self service hotel so they tried to make everything seamless, the self checkin did not go well for us and had to call someone. They also had extra towels that you could take everyday but no one cleaned the room. The biggest issue for us was the fact that the noise cancellation was nonexistent! We couldn’t sleep well the entire time we were there. Even though the location is great, it also means that people are out the entire night and we could hear everything as if it was happening in our room. I couldn’t figure out how the windows were set up but they were not really proper windows. you could feel the breeze coming in. That was the biggest drawback for us.
