"The Churchill Hotel is very well run. All the details were taken care of. From recommendations for restaurants to ordering a taxi. They went above and beyond. With a smile and grace. The buffet breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever eaten. Just delightful!"

"On arrival, lack of a warm welcome and information about anything. Given the keys to what I can only describe as a dingy dark hole in the attic with thread bear stained carpet. Asked to move rooms straight away. Second room... Stains on carpet, peeling paint, cracked tiles, couldn't open any windows, ..."
