"Our first "pool view" room was awful. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. It smelled terribly of mold and mildew and I have asthma and could not stay in the room. Luckily the hotel staff helped move us to a new room. It was better but loud. We ordered dinner from the restaurant in the lobby and it wasn't great. We both only finished about half of our meal. "My husband and I enjoyed Vira Bali. It was close to so much in Kuta. The airport pickup service was awesome. The king sized bed was nice and cozy. We had a great message after our flight. Breakfast was delicious and the property was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!"
