Hallway carpet has huge stains and smells. Public bath is far away from the guest room. Public bath is humid and the ceiling has bathrooms type of mold."

"Our room was newly renovated and we were the first guests to stay in there. The location is unbeatable and the room itself was, although not the biggest on our Japan trip, a decent size. We had enough space for our belongings and enjoyed the nice view from our bed. We would definitely book this hotel again!"

"The hotel is brand new and clean. The location is convenient. Our suite was the biggest room in the hotel but was still very small, no safe in the room. Breakfast area was not good and the food was average. Gym is extremely small."
