"What truly makes this hotel special and sets it apart is, without a doubt, the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout our stay.
We traveled with our children, who have food allergies, and the staff showed such genuine care and consideration for their needs. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness.
The front desk staff were equally wonderful. They took the time to show us around Seville on a map, explaining the different areas and places to visit. It was especially lovely to see our children so engaged as they listened to the explanations and explored the map.
We have been fortunate enough to stay at many beautiful hotels around the world, but this was the first time anyone had taken the time to do something like this for us! It was such a simple yet thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely welcomed and special.
