Below standard

Limited speaking staff. Hotel is close to good food places but far away from the train station. The wall is about 25-30mins. To far from town. Rooms are nice and big if your after lots of bed and on a budget. Hotel provides no airport shuttles or tours.

Room condition and location is very good. The rate is amazing but I could not find a staff who can speak English. Perfect place for a guest speaking Mandarin.

지역 평균 숙박 업소의 가격보다 저렴하고 다른 호텔에 방이 없었기 때문에 하루만 이용했습니다. 후기보다는 방의 컨디션은 다른 후기보다는 깔끔한 편이었습니다. 슬리퍼가 일회용 슬리퍼가 아니라서 이용하고 싶지 않았고 늦은 시간까지 2층에 있는 클럽에서의 소리가 들렸습니다. 하지만 잠을 잘 수 없는 정도는 아니었습니다.

他们帮我们升级为豪华房。 如果不是， 可能我们要退房了。经济房住不惯。豪华房是刚装修的，所以还不错。。房间大。 还帮我们拿了风扇，服务不错。 附近有几家好吃的餐厅。 早餐免费不错。

从日本到上海出差。 前台人员服务态度（虽然口音以及语气不是专业水平）比较好，起码能从顾客的角度去考虑问题而不是单纯的套用酒店的各种条例机械式回答。 进入房间以后被客房的面积吓到了，真的超大。 但是不能让人觉得特别舒服的是： 1.灯有很多盏但是都不够亮，房间整体昏暗，晚上非常不适合办公。 2.淋浴水压不足 3.电视信号不好 我一共住了5天，换了2次房间，所以以上三条算是所有房间的通病。 每天提供2瓶免费的矿泉水还不错。在外面买的话也要2-5元一瓶。浴室没有香皂只有洗手液所以不是很方便。另外洗发水和浴液闻起来也不像很好的品牌。不过这在国内属于正常所以我到中国出差的话都会自己带着旅行装所以还能接受只是和各位分享情报。 酒店离最近的地铁“龙溪路”站，走路不到30分钟，途经都是小店，各种小店。 所以不能算是便利，但本人属于比较能客服各种困难的类型所以都还能接受，总体来说5分满分给3分，及格。

호텔 바로 뒷쪽에 큰 건물공사중이여서 24시간 시끄러움. 옆방에서 말하는 내용이 다 들림. 방음이 전혀 안됨. 금연층 요청하였으나, 담배냄새가 계속 남. 아침 식단은 한국인 입맛에 맞춘편이라 그런대로 괜찮았음. 주변이 너무 낙후되서, 택시잡기가 힘들고, 1차선이라 저녁시간에는 엄청 밀림. 싼 가격 외에는 다시는 가고 싶지 않음.

위치정보 안맞고 보증금미 터무니없이 비쌈,.!

전반적으로 좋은데... 표시되는 호텔위치가 맞지않음... 지도보고가면 아무것도 없는지역이 나옴..(공사중이라 들어갈수가 없음,,) 확인해서 수정요함... 호텔은 그럭저럭 좋은데.. 문제는 대화가 잘 안됨.. 호텔보증금을 1800위안(36만원)이나 요구함.. 호텔스닷컴에 비용 납부했다고해도 대화가 안됨.. 그리고 비자카드 사용불가능함..

금액대비 깔끔한 룸

금액대비 깔끔한 룸컨디션 유지, 한인타운에서 가깝다는 장점, 단 호텔의 청결상태가 그리 양호하지 않고, 조식에 먹을것이 거의 없다는 게 단점. 가격을 생각한다면 괜찮은 선택임

我们一行4人包括一名小孩，住的是三张床的家庭房，空调不能起作用，很热，说了2次没解决。淋浴头水压很低无法正常使用。

객실과 서비스는 만족하나 대중교통 이용시 호텔 찾기가 매우 힘듬.호텧 관리상태나 청결함은 그런대로 만족함, 특히 조식서비스는 호텔 1층에 한식당에서 해결을 할수있어 좋았음.

Not recommendable for tourist

It took a very long time to check in and could not find reservation. Poor English speaking staff, you need to be able to speak Chinese. 25 minutes to the nearest subway station. Reasonably close to HongQiao airport. Ordered a taxi without meter, had to negotiate the price. Very big room, but not very clean. The bathroom was okay. Not a very nice neighborhood.

Worst Hotel Experience

This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. It was dirty, no one spoke English and they double charged me for the night. I would never, never refer someone to this hotel. The only reason I stayed was it was recommended and I was to meet a friend there. I will never go back.
