"They are trying but this hotel is not a good value. Staff was making an effort but not trained up. It took 30 minutes to get a set of keys that worked. The property is in pretty rough condition with a lot of janky doors, gates, sidewalks and other areas. We were fairly desperate late on a Saturday ..."
