"The exterior of the property is start of the show, well maintained and all. The interior of the room we leaves much to be desired. We also had to request new pillows because the ones on the bed were filthy and prob not changed from the last guest… Word of advice, stay off the headboards when sleeping, the are gross. The showers were hot and nice. Tv was new. Everything else was fine"

"There was a water issue during our stay so you cant use the toilet, wash hands or anything that involves water for hours so that was a bummer , We were not informed before checking in that it was on going otherwise we would have find somewhere else to stay . Breakfast was excellent and our room had a great view to sunset hence the 3 stars"

"The Inn at Shasta Lake is a true hidden gem! The property is clean, charming, and tucked away in a peaceful setting, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The resort is small, cozy, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere that we really enjoyed.
