"The TV in the King Suite was in front of the bed and you couldn’t see it from the couch which had a bad stain on it so passed on sitting on it. No extra linen for the couch sofa bed, carpet was wet when we checked in and maintenance seriously needs to learn how to caulk! It was obvious that the towels were just thrown on the shelves so in our opinion this is NOT a 3 star especially for 202.00 a night."

"For the price and 7 minutes from the beach it’s convenient, along with everything else that’s around! But you get what you pay for, No one comes to the room to change towels you have to go down to the office to change them. there was a little mold in the corner of the shower, I think the shower could’ve been cleaned better along with desks/counters. "I couldn't access the side doors with the room keys the whole stay. After getting two sets of keys made I just gave up. That was a tad inconvenient. The hotel was clean and my stay was good overall."

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The property was well kept, except for several broken sprinkler heads wasting water. Great pools. The refrigerator and microwave were very useful. Sadly, the bathroom to too small."

"My experience at the hotel was terrible. We arrived at 1 a.m., and the room assigned to me was dirty—dirty sheets and pillows with hair on them. We called the lobby, and the guy told us the hotel was full. I had driven for 11 hours with my two daughters and my mother; I had called during the trip to let them know we would be arriving late and to ask them to have the room ready—and they had told us it wouldn't be a problem. "I understand it is hard to get all the sand out of a beachside place, but the floors had been vacuumed and still quite dirty. One bed had wet sheets on arrival, the ice available was enough for one cup use at a time, and I couldn't tell if the walls had mildew or mold on the ceiling/walls in certain places. 20 yrs ago spring break I would have thought it is fine for beachside splitting with friends, but I was very happy I was just there for one night. "Really nice resort. Awesome pools and activities for all ages. 2 bedroom suite was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed with kitchen essentials. Housekeeping staff was amazing. All-in-all, this was a very great place to stay, and we will definitely stay again. 5 *’s!"

"Book 2 rooms and although appeared to be clean one of the rooms had an awful smell when we opened the door. The smell cam from the bathroom. Nothing a little bleach and Lysol couldn’t fix. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely stay again."
