"Fantastic location, easy walking distance to attractions. Staff very helpful. Only issue we had was the airconditioning being set at one temperature. Could not make our room cooler, too warm for us. Did seek suport but managed external to room."

"Great central location for London. Huge hotel with plenty of rooms, early check-in was not a problem for them. Staff extremely helpful and were happy to hold onto our cases for the rest of the day after we had checked out."
