Feels like a brand new facility. Clean, staff were great, and easy access (didn't need to fight traffic to get there).

Sandman Signature Edmonton Downtown Hotel
Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is a comfortable walking distance from everything downtown. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff were lovely. Parking costs were atrocious, however that's a consequence of being in a hotel downtown.
