"We asked for a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and was really lucky to have a great view of the Tokyo Night and Light projection show! We could not hear the sound and music from the room (which was good because it meant that we couldn't hear any outside noise), but some of the music is available on the website. The hotel is very large so sometimes the elevator takes a while. The location was very convenient to Shinkuju station as well as Tochomae station. Also, the bell captain desk staff were extremely helpful and efficient (takkyubin) with setting up luggage forwarding service all the way to Kansai KIX Airport. Thank you so much!"

"The room was always clean. The stuff was amazing the location we were at least 10 to 15 minutes from the main stations and the Wi-Fi was also amazing. I recommend this place if you’re going to Japan for the first time! Roppongi Hills at night has a lot of nightlife dining places"

"Not a great location as very noisy, dirty and didn't feel that safe. Red light area of Shinjuku. Only stayed due to running the marathon, but next time would stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa for the whole trip. "
