"The cabin was very clean and check-in and out was really easy. The decor is quite dated but very well equipped if you want to self-cater. Bedside lamps would be good in the bedroom and more information in the property guide would be good e.g. which cabin bin to use for rubbish, which one for recycling, where to get laundry powder for machine etc. Eungella National Park & various walks are super close and absolutely stunning. "Spotless room! Comfortable beds, bedding and big plush pillows. We all slept very well! Kangaroo experience was amazing! They have 2 kangas that just hang around so you can go see them anytime. Food is a bit far away, so I’d recommend getting groceries before you arrive. We had a big cabin with 2 bedrooms, living room with tv, dining table and large kitchen. Terrific accommodations! The pool outside our cabin with water slides was a big hit, too! "

"I think it was all an engineering issue. Entering the hotel, the lobby was un-airconditioned which made checking in a sweaty , uncomfortable affair. Apparently the engineering team switches that off as energy saving. Entering the room, 2 essential light bulbs were broken, the entry hall and the bathroom. Finally, the air-conditioning was so noisy that it was almost impossible to sleep. Dirty filters and small outlets. It was convenient but I would never choose it again."
