"Nice location and very close to Ueno Station just about 2-3 minutes walk. Facilities and amenities at the lobby are great. (coffee and many kinds of tea) The hotel will clean your room just only the 4th night but change the towel things every day. Room is not too narrow and you can put your luggage under the bed to keep your room gets more space. "

"We spent four nights here and love it. The room is spacious for family to keep our luggages and stroller ( twin room). The hotel is closed to Asakusa Sensoji and subway Tawaramachi station. It also has family Mart on the first floor which is very convenient. You can take the train from Narita Airport to Asakusa station and walk to the hotel (800m approximately).
