"My room smell of mildew and I could not change rooms, since it was all sold out. I am not sure if it was from the washer/dryer but I had to open up the window and spray air fresher. I also did not know to get a full cleaning service which is changing bed linen, take out the trash, change towels it ..."

"Everything about this hotel was great - amazing location near Kokusai-dori (great shopping and food), staff was always attentive and helpful, and there was never a shortage of things to do in the hotel in case you decided to stay in for a day. 10/10 would recommend for a stay in Naha."
