"The facilities were poor no wifi. We paid hotels .com yet cranes demanded that we pay since they did not receive the money we checked out after 3 days in distress"

"Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale).
