"The hotel itself was lovely! Our room was exceptionally clean, the views of the water were beautiful, and the toiletries were a nice touch. The mini fridge was stocked with complimentary nonalcoholic drinks, which was a fantastic perk. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent, with great food and a nice way to start the day.
Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the property. The receptionist came across as a bit snooty and disingenuous, and the waitstaff at both dinner and breakfast were frustratingly slow to come to our table and check on us. It wasn’t terrible service, but it certainly wasn’t the warm, attentive hospitality you’d hope for at a hotel of this caliber.
Overall, a beautiful property with excellent amenities, lovely water views, and a great breakfast, but the staff could benefit from a little more genuine warmth and attentiveness."
