"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. "Very convenient to the Capitol, and the rooftop bar was very cool with views of the Capitol Dome. I went in the evening/after sunset, and I couldn't read the menu as it was a small narrow font and there wasn't much light.
