Very good hotel, we would definitely stay here again. All the staff was friendly and courteous. The bathroom could use some updates, bathroom lighting was poor and the shower head does not stay in the holder also there's no full length mirror

NOT The Place for Great Service or Relaxing!!

If Great service and relaxing environment is what you are looking for, this is NOT the place for you!! This was my seconded stay at a Sokha hotel. The first was their location at the beach. It was nice, staff were welcoming, food was good. Here is Siem Reap it’s a whole different story!! Staff where not helpful, their focus was making money, not caring for the customer. Extremely loud, large tour buses would roll in all hours of the night, then people would yell down the halls walk, it would eco into the rooms. The worst night it was loud from 10pm-12, 2am-3:30am, then 5:30am-7:45am. There is no way anyone could get any rest. If you desire to eat breakfast, you will need to ready yourself for war. There is no flow or respect from other customers, pushing and shoving is constant. Not worth it!! We went out for breakfast. Making the cost the hotel even more outrageous. Then when we added on an extra night, they charged us 18% more than the other nights. Location wise it’s not convenate to town. It is difficult to get a tuk tuk, when you find one, they want to charge you double since you are staying at a large hotel. There is at least 100 better hotels in Siem Reap, that will provide better service and value!

Good comfortable hotel

This was the best hotel I came across in my 10 day Cambodia trip. Positives: Massive property and good customer service. Buffet dinner is definitely worth paying for. Easy to organise tours via hotel concierge. Cons: (Only 1) There's nothing walkable from the hotel and you've to take a tuk tuk/ cab to venture out of the property

新しくて綺麗

とても広いプールに癒されました。Wi-Fiは無料で利用できますが、繋がりにくいのはざんねんでした。スタッフの方は皆さんとても優しく穏やかで、英語での受け答えも完璧でした。 もう一つある、ソカシェムリアップホテルに間違えてしまいやすいのは、少し工夫が必要だと思いました。

호텔에서 제공하는 지도의 위치는 다른 호텔입니다. 시엠립에는 소카라는 이름의 호텔이 많습니다. 호텔스 닷컴에서 제공한 지도 위치에는 소카 리조트였고, 해당 위치가 적합하다고 판단하고 숙소를 잡은 저는 2번을 더 찾아 헤매고서야 해당 숙소를 찾을 수 있었습니다. 위치도 펍 스트리트에서 제법 떨어져 있어 도보 이동이 불가능하고, 뚝뚝 이용시에도 제법 비용이 발생됩니다. 숙소에는 중국인 관광객들이 상당히 많아 분잡한 편입니다. 전반적으로 체크인을 위해 호텔을 찾을때부터 너무나 많은 시간을 소요하면서 일정을 소화하는데 지장을 주었습니다. 호텔스 닷컴은 올바른 위치 정보를 표시해 줄 것을 요청합니다. 감사합니다.
