"Villa Elda is more a dated B and B than luxury boutique ; there is no luxury - the water glasses in the room are plastic and breakfast is dried out croissants with jam in plastic packets. There is no feeling the staff are there to look after you - just a list of what you will be charged if you do anything wrong g. Nit value for money"

"Pietro was extremely accommodating and helpful, providing a lot of information on local sites, restaurants, bars and cafes. The property is also in a really convenient location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing and the bedspread was dirty."

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was excellent and everyone so helpful. Great room ,that had a wonderful view of the gardens . The room was very clean and well equipt with all you need to enjoy your stay. Walkable access to the centre with some lovely shops ,bars and restaurants on the way.

"Lo único rescatable fue la atención del señor del horario de la noche y la vista de la centro de Siena que es hermosa, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento a las habitaciones, en la primera habitación el aire acondicionado olía a quemado (pedí que me cambiaran y el señor muy amable nos cambió) y el de la segunda habitación el aire no enfriaba."
