What a charming, and perfectly located hotel. Shower was good and powerful. Room was sizeable and airy with good bed comfort. In the heart of the old town which is so charming. Would definitely recommend

This was an exceptional hotel. There isn't one thing I can say negative about it. Really high end. Looked and smelt great. Food and facilities were fabulous.

My husband and I arrived early for check in to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception. Although our room was not quite ready we only had a 25 minute wait. We booked a sea view room with balcony which was located on the 3rd floor. Our room was quiet small but more than big enough for 2 people. But the Balcony view was absolutely amazing. My family and I travel a lot and mostly to 5 star hotels . this hotel had so many positive despite us visiting out of season April 15-22 2016 . they staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to understand our English but not perfect in Translation but what they failed in translation they made up in effort . The facilities i.e. pool stunning and beautiful views of the sea and well managed gardens . they have 3 out door pools to chose from and the bottom pool was perfect for my 2& 9 year...

Hotel was beautiful, room clean and very comfortable, staff were great. Everything close by. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Great stay would come again and definitely recommend

Very comfortable hotel, good food and plenty of variety. The staff in the restraunt are attentive and cleared the table quickly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the ladies cleaning the rooms were very nice. We had a room with a sea view balcony and mini bar which allowed us to sit late in the evening with a cold drink and enjoy the view. Good facilities if you wish to use them and plenty of comfortable seatingnot only in the hotel but also in the outdoor bar area. I would return to this...

My wife and I stayed one night while visiting the Altea and Calp area. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. After checking in on the Wednesday afternoon We were able to enjoy a swim in the pool and a couple of hours sunbathing. That evening we dined at the amazing Oustau restaurant in the old town. We checked out of the hotel after breakfast the following morning having thoroughly enjoyed our short visit.

Not for someone who wishes for a room with a view, but excellent otherwise.

Located ideally for all shops, restaurants and beach, fantastic choice of meals in restaurant. Half board allowed us to choose lunch or evening meal, room was good size being cleaned and checked each day if wanted. Honestly deserves it's 4 stars and would definitely recommend it.
