"Das Hotel liegt etwas ab vom Zentrum. Der Bus in die Stadt fährt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hotel ab und hält auf dem Rückweg sogar direkt davor. Parkplätze sind im Umfeld des Hotels kostenlos verfügbar. Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und verfügt zum Beispiel über Teppich in den Zimmern. Es ist jedoch alles sauber gewesen und gibt diesbezüglich keinen Grund für Kritik. Der Pool ist schön und für ein Stadthotel relativ groß. Das Personal über Rezeption und Roomservice war...

"There was no available parking at the hotel. Room was worn but ok, bathroom was worn and low standard with loose panels in the ceiling. Aircondition unpredictable. We asked to have some drinks on the roof terasse, but were told that they prioritized dinerguests. The unoccupied table remained so until they closed. This is really poor service!"

"If you want the feel of a Moorish Riad this is the place. The hotel was clean, well maintained and quiet! Also, if you intend on exploring Albaicin and Sacromonte along with Granada this puts you right near the intersection of all three. Just at the bottom on the street you have exceptional views of the Alhambra and as a bonus the Pasteis de Nata shop is at the bottom of the street and they are delicious."

"Stayed here for two nights. It's in a great location and the room was good, albeit very much protected from the sun so no natural light at all. Apart from that, nothing wrong with it but nothing to write home about either. I'd choose this place again if the price is right. The staff was fine but I had just come from staying in Malaga for two days where the staff was just incredible (Hotel LodgingMalaga, if anyone is interested), so compared to that, this wasn't anything special. "Great room, appreciated the 2 bowl sink outside of the bathroom! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I LOVED the water and coffee station in the very pretty lobby! We highly recommend!"
