"I enjoyed my stay, It was a convenient hotel while I was traveling for a job interview. The staff was very pleasant. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub area, it appeared clean and well kept. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. My only complaints was it was impossible to use the electrical outlets next to the bed because they are too close to the wall, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom are a rude awakening in the middle of the night, and they could not be shut off."

"I recently spent 5 nights at the Hotel Hanna while my husband was in a local hospital. This was my second trip to this hotel in the past year and I was very pleased both times. The staff is incredible and were very helpful and caring. My room had everything I needed to be comfortable and I'd recommend them to anyone needing a room in Harrisburg."

"Could you please invest more money into your continental breakfast. We loved everything but that, it was the only hiccup. We will be using your lovely hotel again. It was conveniently located to the conference site, food places, and tourist sites. Food places were ten minutes away. Located next to the major highway was a plus. Also ot was so quiet at night and boy was I grateful. We loved our time there."

"C’est vraiment un hôtel fort recommandable où s’arrêter. Je vous encourage tout de même à lire mon commentaire en entier. Les suites sont grandes, bien équipées et propres. Le déjeuner est vraiment excellent et varié. J’ai malgré tout été étonnée par l’inconfort absolu du divan au salon. Aucun support lorsqu’on s’y assoit. Mais ma plus grande déception reste que cet hôtel accueille les animaux de compagnie. Aucune chambre n’est prévue pour les gens qui sont allergiques aux poils d’animaux. Je trouve que c’est totalement inacceptable. Donc il est très probable que je ne m’y arrête plus jamais considérant le manque de respect à l’égard des gens souffrant d’asthme. Un changement de règlement devrait être sérieusement envisagé."

"Cleaners use some cleaning products with scent that cause me an awful headache... Why not using just fresh scent or products without any. And TV was working not so well - sometimes I could switch channels, sometimes not... So a lot of room for improvement"

"If you want to sit in a Jacuzzi tub and smoke, it's great. Other than that, there's nothing great about this place. Our TV wasn't a smart TV and wasn't very big. The bathroom door barely shut from being swollen and the light didn't work. We exchanged the blown bulb for a different bulb in the room. We only seen cereal and milk for breakfast. Maybe there is more early in the morning that we didn't see. The staff was not very friendly and don't try to get a cup of hot coffee after like noon. The price was right and it fit the bill for what we were looking for for a couple of nights."

"Cleanliness was a relative concept—it certainly could have been better. Upon entering one of the rooms on the third floor, we found dirty, foul-smelling socks on the floor, left behind by the previous guest; it is strange that the cleaning staff failed to notice them. In other rooms on the second floor, a significant amount of hair was present in both the bathtub and the sink. Furthermore, in Room 108, the door lock was broken, making it impossible to open the door from the outside. Consequently, every time we wanted to enter the room, a receptionist had to come and unlock the door with a master key. She was very polite but refused to move us to a different room. There was excessive noise in the vicinity of the hotel pool—someone was partying loudly until midnight—yet no one from the front desk intervened. Our guest, staying in Room 124, was unable to either rest or fall asleep. In such instances, hotels should offer refunds—even if only partial—rather than limiting themselves to apologies and assurances that things will be better "next time." The possibility that things might be better next time is of absolutely no interest to us, as we will not be staying there again. Besides, no one would have believed it anyway."
