"I liked the orientation of the room. Unfortunately we were situated on the bottom floor next to the swimming pool. The pool pump cycled every few moments. The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. I went down for coffee at 6 am and spoke with a different clerk than the one that had told me nothing was available. She told me a room was available upstairs and my wife and I immediately moved. "I specifically stayed here for the kitchen, they also have extra kitchen appliances on hand if needed. I used their blender. Room similar to a studio, spacious, all essentials necessary and overall decent size. The staff was helpful. The hotel offers a Laundry room and a well equipped gym. Only downside is encountered was the gazebo area. We couldn't get in to grill, our key wasn't working, plus it gas just rained so the key locks were off. "The room offered was not cleaned and hence had to go back to the front desk to get a different room. This room had a used towel in the hanger inside the restroom. Overall not a good experience."

"We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

"The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price."

"I love this place. Our room the first night had no hot water. I mentioned it in the morning and the staff quickly upgraded us to a casita. Lovely courtyard grounds. Breakfast is the best free breakfast you will ever find at any hotel. Pool was cleaned every morning"

"They didn’t mention a pet fee upon my booking and then when I checked out, they told me there was a $50 pet fee, which should’ve been waived since I didn’t know about it other than that everything was great"

"I'll start up with the negative which is it's not in a great part of town. However, the security in this facility is excellent. The room was gorgeous. Just a very smart tidy, beautiful aesthetic hotel. Very charming and very well maintained."
