Upon check in we wanted to enjoy the sunset but the remote for the blinds was missing for the right blind, the one over the patio door. These looked to be expensive so we opted to not try to just move them. We contacted the management about the remote. Was never given anything to open the blind. On the final morning g before check out I tried to take a shower and found NO hot water in any of the faucets or shower. Finally management texted me about 15 minute after check out time. For the cost of this condo I expected better responses and less issues.. I’ve often found small issue while traveling and almost never griped or left a 1 star review. This time I felt it was justified and after reading more negative reviews for this management company I’ll make sure Not to visit one of their resorts or rentals.
