"My husband and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Georgian Bay Hotel. All of the staff that we dealt with were the most incredibly friendly, helpful and hospitable people. They are the main reason we would come back here. The grounds were very clean and maintained, and there are lots of parking spots available. Our hotel room was very spacious with high ceilings, huge bedroom with a king sized bed & TV, balcony, full kitchen & dining area, a large living room area with a cozy electric fireplace, TV & pull out sofa, and lastly a very large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower. We slept so well on the comfortable mattress & plush pillows. There is a beautiful outdoor pool with a fun children’s playground adjacent to it. Such a convenient & family friendly setup. Sadly, we didn’t swim in the outdoor pool as the weather was too cool for us. However, we loved swimming in the indoor saltwater pool … so peaceful, so relaxing. Our only concern was that the hotel beach towels are very small … too small to wrap around an average sized adult body. Aside from that, we would definitely come back & would recommend this hotel to family/friends. This hotel is also conveniently located about a 7 minute drive to the Blue Mountains Village and downtown Collingwood. Two thumbs up!"
