Spotless room, comfy, quiet! Great value stay! Location among the best, walking distance to a few good places like Bugs and Sim Lim Square (if gadgets/electronics are your thing) and direct access to Metro and a few bus lines that'll take you everywhere you'd wanna go!

Great location!

Hotel is in a perfect location close to lots of shopping and markets. The man that checked us in was very helpful - he was a 'trainee'. This is a great budget hotel with a price that's hard to beat!

I really enjoyed my stay at Summer View, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was a great size for the price and free amenities were refilled daily (little snacks and water etc). Quite conveniently located nearby restaurants; my favourite being a delicious dry ban mian place "Ng Kuan Chilli Pan Mee". Loved it, would stay again for sure!

Very well located and clean. Quiet area. Room was on the just right size, did the job for overnight sleeping. Bed was clean but mattress was on the hard side, good pillows. Friendly staff. For a few days stays, it does the job well. Thank you.

Great business trip hotel

If staying for a few days for business, I prioritise a comfortable bed, the shower, somewhere to send a few emails and cleanliness. The hotel scored well on all of these. Great shower pressure in particular. The desk to send emails is a little cramped, but good enough. Plenty of food options nearby so didn't miss a restaurant or other services.

Just okay.

Nothing special with the service provided but was surprised and appreciable that was able to check in early. Its just a place to rest your head after a hectic day on travel. It would be great if able to keep the AC on while out thus not having to wait for the room to cool down.

The hotel room was decent, and the staff who checked us in were polite. Location: You need to cross a big road to reach the happening area, which isn’t ideal if you’re traveling with elderly parents. Policies: The “no visitors” rule was unusual to me. This was a family reunion trip across three countries, and unfortunately, our family wasn’t welcome to gather or chat in our room. Visitor may be allowed if you specifically request and register for it though but this policy wasn’t convenient for us. If I had known this in advance, I would have been willing to pay a bit more for ibis.
