The two rooms we booked were the cost of a decent hotel - almost $500. - 700 with deposit the rooms are filthy - run down - trashy - the tv was not hooked up nor was the server plugged in to the TV - i had to go to front desk and ask for a new room - the guy said he would come fix it - there was no cord to connect TV to the server - it’s already 11:13 pm - i am exhausted and frustrated at these prices to get such a trashy hotel room/ the other room i rented for my camera man had a door look that didn’t work / it required the front desk attendant to come to the room to open it manually anytime he left the room. a horrible over priced filthy hotel

The worst hotel you can book. In addition to having extremely dirty rooms, they steal your deposit. I paid for the room and the $100 USD deposit, which they were supposed to release after checkout, but they didn't. I contacted Expedia for help, but they refused to refund the deposit without any reason. Do yourself a favor and book something else. Anything would be better than this. The worst hotel in my travel history.

Price was reasonable, pool and hot tub were nice. Free breakfast was okay. No boiled eggs or yogurt like most places do for continental breakfast. Bed was comfy amd room was clean.

Called my cell phone at 8pm to see when I was checking in, I get here at 8:30. Charge me an extra “$2.50” for a hotel fee. Whatever, that was annoying. This place is so run down and disgusting. Place needs a lot of work.
