"The nicest hotel property and best breakfast during our three-week trip to Eastern Europe. We were upgraded to a deluxe room (thanks to our hotels.com status). Large and lovely. Super nice! Breakfast was incredible! The largest and most extensive offering of breakfast food that we have ever seen at any hotel. WOW! The server, Ana, was attentive and charming. All the staff was polite and helpful. The location is a little bit of a hike to the city center and sites, but the bus and tram stops are close by. "

"The only issue with this property is a lack of parking . To check in you must find street parking nearby as there is only one lane of traffic in front of the hotel. Once you find parking the hotel is lovely."

"Absolutely amazing and 5 Star experience in Zagreb. Property clean and in fantastic shape. Pool and Spa over the top. Kids loved every aspect of it. Special thanks to the folks at the front desk and the gentlemen who operated the pool and spa. Will definitely be back. "
