2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I contacted the hotel several times before arrival simply asking them to hold one suitcase for a few hours since my flight landed early. They repeatedly refused, claiming they had no space anywhere in the hotel. When I arrived, the pool loungers were filthy and stained, and the property looked nothing like the photos online. Management was more concerned with telling me how much money they invested in the hotel than addressing the poor service and cleanliness. Thankfully, Expedia understood the situation and was able to provide me with a full refund. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel… If the Health department ever came to the hotel, it will be shut down immediately!! Just thinking of how dirty the hotel was makes me throw up ..
