"We were able to use this lovely hotel as a base to explore Vai Beach and surrounding areas, then Ierapetra the next day. One thing I really like about the hotel is that they let you check in as early as noon, and not leave until noon. The patio facing the water was very nice. Eg: the bathroom light was an old revamped oil lamp. Water pressure, excellant and even loofah;s available; cool and breezy under pine tree shade when Kato Sakros was boiling, and All windows and door were with screens to protect from mosquitoes. It was so peaceful and quiet you could hear your thoughts and sunrise over the ocean view...
