"Friendly front desk greeting, smooth greeting, refreshments available from restaurant, Starbucks good, good bed. But no shower hot water, toilet that wouldn't flush completely, erratic coffee maker and no microwave in the room. Sticky elevator lobby floor, visibly dirty, and left for 24 hours."

"I didn't use the Hotel Shuttle, My Sister Got a Rental Car, Which was next to the Airport, The Hampton Inn was 2min from the Rental car place, The whole area was Nice, Across The Street from The Hampton Inn, Was alot of Shops(Clothes and Food-Starbucks). My 3 day stay was Wonderful in Long Beach, No Complaints, Thank You."

"Hotel Current was the perfect place to start and end our cruise. All of the staff melbers there were extremely helpful and kind. We were able to get on and off the ship with little to no stress thanks to their shuttle service. "

"The property allows pets but I was told I had to pay a $25 deposit which I don't remember being advised about. The wi-fi was good and the room was clean except for some ants in the sink and bathtub"

"Not enough parking. Staff called our room at almost midnight and woke us up asking us to turn down our music. There was no music, we were asleep! It was me and my daughter only. We were there one night only as we had a cruise the next day. Room was clean. "

"The experience at The Cove Hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the property looked nothing like the photos online. The images made it seem clean, modern, and located in a nice area, but the reality was completely different. The surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe, with people wandering around outside who appeared clearly under the influence. Within minutes of arriving, we felt uncomfortable enough that we immediately canceled our booking and left. It was honestly one of the most misleading hotel experiences we’ve had. If you’re considering staying here based on the pictures online, be aware that the real situation may not match what’s advertised. Our advice: Stay home and Stay safe."

"A few more options for breakfast (i.e. 2 meats). Breakfast foods are cheap in cost. The booths were not comfortable. Sitting need to be redone in food area. "

"This experience was a lot better and a previous time I stayed here. There were no cockroaches in the room. The staff was nice, the room was clean and didn’t smell bad. The only issue was that the door was hard to open. "
