"Room 15 — Broken toilet seat..asked for repair… not even addressed…only one hand towel-there were 2 of us in room…told only one hand towel is what we should get Room 16 — remainder of our group was 3 family members…. Sheets on bed had significant stains on them- right in the middle each person tried ..."
