"Rooms are remodeled but the cleaning stuff dont clean as well i had to changed rooms 3 times 1st room wasn’t clean second room dirty linen and the air conditioner didn’t work staff was very accommodating in moving us bar was great drinks were made to perfection. "Pest control came through and sprayed my family's belongings. Staff were nonchalant about issues at hand. The room was half cleaned. The room advertised was not what was provided, but I had no choice at the time because my family needed emergency shelter."
