"The room was clean. The maid service and maintenance worker treated me with racial behavior..I had to end my stay and leave a day early. The hotel had the nerve to still charge me for the day I had to leave early. It was so bad to me I had to call the police. I will never go back there again.. The manager was of no service to me..If my present there was offensive they should have not let me check in than to treat me so cruel.."

"The property's location is perfect; it is a renovated motel. The bathrooms are old, feature bathtubs, and need attention. The room entrance doors are damaged—you have to push hard to open them. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a woman with a bad attitude; the staff is not friendly. The hotel lobby is nice, as are the common areas, but the beach area is tiny."

"Plentiful free parking was available. Our room was fine- nothing fancy, but basically clean and comfortable. I did appreciate the separate seating area. Room amenities were basic, but fine. Staff was friendly and professional. Coffee and water were available in the lobby. Breakfast was available in the morning but I didn't eat there so I can't speak to the quality of it."

"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, guests were required to use an alternate entrance because the main entrance was under repair. We barely got a welcome from the front desk and the front desk manager seemed like he was having a bad day. "Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay for us. The bathroom was not in good condition, and the TV was not working during our visit. The front desk staff were very kind and genuinely tried to help by finding us another room, but unfortunately they were unable to accommodate the change. We appreciate their effort and customer service, but overall this was the hotel where we felt the least comfortable and where we wanted to spend the least amount of time. We hope these issues can be addressed...
