The property and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly. The lady that does the set up for breakfast was just darling. Made us feel like home .

When booking this we were not aware that the room door opened directly onto the car park. So this is more of a motel. The hotel overall was good and the leisure facilities were very welcome. However, it might be helpful to highlight that the hotel is more of a motel in style.

I’d give this a 5 as the actual hotel is excellent. But they don’t seem to have enough housekeeping staff and the housekeeping staff and front desk communication is non-existent. We waited over an hour for a room and all 3 rooms we tried were not made up yet.
