Fuyez cet hôtel à tout prix !

Chambre insalubre, je comprends pourquoi paiement en avance et aucun remboursement. Quand je suis arrivé, porte fermée avec code qui as finalement fini par cédé en même pas deux jours. Le contact qui parlait anglais n'était tout simplement pas disponible, chambre complètement à l'opposé de ma demande. Aucune réception. La contact ne répondait plus aux appels. Chambre avec lit cassé, salle de bain insalubre, porte et serrures cassée. À fuir absolument ! Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, de plus quand j'essaie de contacter le service client d'hôtel.com, personne ne réponds où c'est un robot au bout du fil. Je ne suis resté dans cette chambre que 5 minutes, afin de trouver un autre hôtel.

わかりやすい場所にある値段相応のホテル。

ソフィアの駅、バスターミナルは隣接していて、そこからスーツケースを持って徒歩20分程。 ライオンの像の目の前。 ホテルライオンの向かい側。 入り口はオートロックだが、事前にメールで暗証番号を知らせてくれる。 繁華街まで、徒歩10〜15分。 ホテルはエレベーターがないので、スーツケースを運ぶのは大変。 部屋は値段相応。 古いが、掃除はしてあります。

チェックイン時間に少し遅れてしまいましたが、快く対応してくださいました。 ホテルではありますがレセプションの稼働時間が決まっているので、事前に連絡をする必要があります。 スタッフさんはいい人でした。

Questo ostello si trova in una posizione abbastanza comoda della città, con metro e altri servizi vicini. Pulizia scadente, colazione mai vista dato che la reception apre alle 10. Inoltre nonostante il servizio di reception fosse previsto dalle 10 alle 18, abbiamo incontrato qualcuno solamente all'arrivo e mai nei giorni successivi. Però per il prezzo che offrono e con spirito di adattamento è accettabile.

fantastic value for Money

fantastic value for money only 30 metres from metro 10 minute walk to city centre 10 minute walk to other direction to the main railway station fantastic staff on hand from 9am till 18:00 every day nothing seemed to be much bother for them rooms very clean and tidy very comfortable bathroom little dated have paid more money and got less than here in sofia 100% will book this hotel again

It wasn't hotel it was hostel, no WI-FI in the room on 2nd, 3nd floor, internet only on room close to reception and very slow, in the room was no heat at all, very cold and uncofortable,

Otelde resepsiyondaki görevli erken olmasına rağmen checkin yapma konusunda yardım etti ve otele yerleşebildik ama kesinlikle fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değil inanılmaz eski ve bakımsız. Temizlik yapıldığını görmemize rağmen otelin eskiliğinden temizlik belli olmuyor. Duvarlardan apartmana kadar her şey bakımsız. Resepsiyon 21.00'a kadar çalışıyor ama aradığınızda yine de ulaşabiliyorsunuz ve kibar davranıyorlar. Personel ve lokasyon hariç hiçbir şeyden memnun kalmadık.

Hotel ok

Hotel ok a due passi dal centro. Purtroppo ho trovato la camera sporca, piena di capelli e con addirittura un reggiseno attaccato al bastone della tenda della doccia. L'acqua esce sporca a causa delle vecchie tubature, ma basta lasciarla scorrere. Lo staff è molto gentile.

Hotel in Nähe des Stadtzentrums

Wir haben vor unserer Reise nach einem Hotel gesucht, dass sehr kostengünstig und nah an der Innenstadt ist. So entschieden wir uns für das Italian House/Hostel/Hotel. Da wir nichts vom Hotel erwarteten, da die Rezesionen nicht so gut waren und auch der Preis extrem gering war, waren wir eigentlich ganz zufrieden. Wir haben am Tag unserer Anreise ein E-Mail bekommen, für den Code, wie man ins Hotel gelangt und welches Zimmer wir hatten, da wir nach den Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption eintrafen. Das hat alles sehr gut geklappt, auch die Verbindung von Hotel zum Flughafen Sofia ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist aber wirklich nur für Leute, die keine großen Erwartungen haben und nur einen kurzen Städtetripp machen. So war unser Zimmer auch nachts sehr laut, da man die Fenster nicht richtig schließen konnte und davor eine stark befahrene Straße mit lauter Fußgängerampel ist. Auch kam aus dem Wasserhahn nur sehr heißes Wasser und wenn man den Hahn länger nicht benutzte, kam erst verschmutztes Wasser heraus. Auch die Türen zwischen Zimmer und Waschbecken und zwischen Waschbecken und Toilette mit Dusche konnte man nicht richtig schließen. Abreisen mussten wir ebenfalls bevor die Rezeption aufgemacht hat, so hatten wir den kompletten Urlaub lang keinen Kontakt mit den Besitzern des Hotels.

Sofia, città da non perdere!

La struttura non rispecchia gli standard italiani,ma io ci sono stato bene! E a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro, e il suo ingresso è di fronte alla stazione metro (Lavov Most), a circa 50 metri! Nel raggio di 100 metri, ci sono supermercati, banca, locali dove poter mangiare.

バスターミナル、中央駅から地下鉄で次の駅。地下鉄ライオン橋の目の前。駅にエレベーターがある。アパートは2Fが受付エレベーターはない。建物がとても古くドア、シャワールーム、寝室、どれもが古い。シャワーの水圧が悪いうえお湯が出るまで時間がかかる。Wi-Fiはサクサク。隣にスーパー、周りにも売店や食べ物屋があって近くの食べ物や深夜3時まで開いてる。
