"Overall a good experience. Rooms were clean, had a kitchen counter and a fridge. How ever when booking it wasn't made clear the reception was remote and only English. By the delay when talking, somewhere either in southern Europe or Asia. Having some trust issues in regards to call center operation in general due to all the scam calls lately, being met by an empty reception, a phone, a box of unprogrammed key cards, and a card terminal for payment of deposit made me hesitate.
