"I received a room on the first floor. The hotel claimed this was because I ordered a standard room. The corridor stank of cigarettes there are offices on the first floor and continuous noise all hours of the day. I had lunch in the restaurant and service was terrible not at all typical to these types of hotels. All together I do not feel I got my money's worth."

"The room was lovely and well appointed although looking out our window was a bit disconcerting as we faced buildings that were falling apart (almost literally poked like a war zone) and graffiti, I know the hotel can’t control the neighborhood and it’s not uncommon in India but it took me a little aback. That said we were there for one night before we flew home and it was great for that purpose. We also spend some time at the happy hour and while the pizza which was an India flavored pizza was surprisingly delicious, the drinks were subpar at best. Great atmosphere at the bar and service. Just don’t bother with the free drinks. The airport service pick up and drop off was also a great service. The room was very clean. You can definitely smell old tobacco smoke in the hallways."
