The general manager checked me in and was friendly and kind, switching my room to one on the first floor that would work better for taking my 2 small dogs outside. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels, good water pressure - everything was fine. The desk clerk this morning was friendly and cheerful, which means a lot."
