"This was by far one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. The staff were rude, apart from the one philopino lady(she was nice). There are basically no amenities. -no fridge -no kettle -no air condition Why call yourself a hotel when you’re basically a motel. Barely any storage space and we are two adults and a toddler. We came from Australia to see family and we were there for three weeks. We packed big as we are in Europe for a month. When we first got there the reception was rude and...

"Saknade kaffekokare och ett par extra glas. Man ska inte behöva använda tandborstglas till dryck. Saknade även sminkspegel och kleenex i badrummet. Inga nattygsbord vid sängarna. Gardiner fläckiga och takplattor med stora glipor och fläckar."

"Things I liked: I loved how supportive all the staff was. The common area also looked great! The breakfast was also very tasty! Things I didn’t like: My room had no natural light at all, and the bed was extremely small. I’m 1.55 m tall and weigh 55 kg, yet I still felt like I was falling off the bed while sleeping. There was barely enough space to move comfortably during the night. Can’t imagine how someone that’s taller than me would have slept there 🙈"
