"This was an interesting experience. The room has no private bathroom, but there was no line for their public and private baths on the property. The room is ok, but everything is old and has a certain smell that we had to get used to. The mats to sleep on are old too. The staff was really good and caring."

"We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....

"The breakfast though expensive was a unique experience for us. I recommend it for someone never tasted a genuine lavish Japanese breakfast. The bath facility was nice; definitely worth trying out. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber, und das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich – wir haben uns jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die traditionelle japanische Gestaltung der Zimmer. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung, einmal so authentisch zu wohnen.
