"Above and beyond our expectations. Everything about this place is perfect! Impeccably clean and well appointed. They upgraded our room and we have a beautiful sea view. The staff is so friendly. The included breakfast even has an omelette station. We only planned on staying one night but are enjoying hotel so much we are doing day trips from here and enjoying Sorrento as our home base. "

Laura, at the desk was warm, friendly and a great help to us generally and especially attentive when arranging transportation for us. "What a stunning hotel, we loved our stay at the Belair in Sorrento. Little touches such as email correspondence enquiring our purpose for the stay. A 30th celebration for my son and reassurance the Belair staff would do all possible to make his birthday a memorable one. All the staff we found exceptionally helpful and kind, in particular the Restaurant Female Manager personally enquired about our daily plans and voiced genuine concern for my son's foot injury which he really appreciated.
