"Høj pris for middelmådigt produkt. Ved ankomst blev vi oplyst at de billige værelser ikke havde adgang til spa, men vi kunne købe adgang. Alt var dog fuldt booket. Vi spiste på Ruth's (hotellets restaurant) den første aften. For lidt personale som betød mange fejl. Vi manglede bestik til forretten, ..."
