"We opted to stay in Barrel Factory room. What a huge disappointment! I would NOT RECOMMEND staying in Barrel Factory. You don’t even feel like you are a part of the hotel as you have to go to different bldg that looks old and run down. The staff was giving directions how to get there and finally decided to show us (good thing because we would not have found door on side). The room is pretty much just a bed (with no headboard) and old little couch and table that is so scratched. See...

Upon arrival, the xpress check in machines are not working. Calling the number on the screen just gets you an automated voice walking you through the process that is clearly not working. A staff member can be summoned by selecting the "time sensitive issue" option. We were led to our room, which had not been cleaned. ...
