"All the staff we spoke to were polite, friendly and helpful. The suite was immaculate and extremely clean which was a pleasure. The bed was very comfortable and the lounge was comfortable. The tv was a decent size. It was a nice touch with the speciality water and biscuits."

"Had booked for 3 nights stayed for 1 Room was very very noisy almost as if windows arnt even sealed as you hear every little sound and bed it against the window Room wasn’t the cleanest Only 2 pillows supplied on the bed no additional pillows or blankets etc in the empty robe"

"The staff were very helpful. The room was big and bright, with all kitchen amenities. With washer dryer also. Bed was very clean and comfortable, easy access to train station or city centre. Would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay gain."
