"Stayed in the room that had 4 beds. It essentially has 2 beds upstairs and 2 beds in a basement-like area. It was pretty neat. Only downside is it only had 1 bathroom, so for 8 people that wasn’t very convenient. Could use a larger or newer air conditioner in there as well. Only has one small window ..."

"I want a refund! The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The amenities were fine. The host was terribly overworked only one person for that large hotel. The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund. ..."

"In the lobby, the coffee shop was closed both days we were there and the staff had no idea what the hours of operation . We were put in a smoking room when requested we desired non Smoking."
