"I was very unpleased by this stay. The receptionist was so rude and cold which made it feel so unwelcoming. She charged me $5 to park my vehicle which I’ve never even heard of considering their lot was next to a closed down restaurant and was empty. Our room was so dirty- mold on the bathroom walls and floors. The shower definitely wasn’t clean. My friend’s room had someone else’s vibrator on the floor when they entered. The staff thought giving Gatorade and snacks was sufficient to clear up...

"Stayed here for Monster mania con with our daughter. I was happy with our stay. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Had a coffee spot and onsite resturant. The food was decent. Only issue was parking. They do not guarantee a parking spot for guests staying at the hotel in their parking lot which caused us to park on a side street. "

"Our room was clean, but a lot smaller than I thought. Had to call maintenance because our sink backed up with what looked like feces and smelled like feces. We had to leave for a little bit because couldn’t take smell. Staff was great. "

"The staff and the cleanliness of the room were great. The front desk was SO nice and breakfast was wonderful. However, I highly recommend not placing guests with dogs in the first rooms off of the lobby/bar area/pool/ice machine. I understand placing dogs on the first floor for better access to the outside is ideal but it is too much foot traffic that close to the busiest areas of the hotel. "Can’t beat the location if you are on a road trip and just need a place to stay for the night. Parking easy. But ask for a room on the back of the building find you don’t want to hear the highway traffic all night. Room was clean, room was spacious as was the bathroom. Fridge is small, but microwave was very handy. "
