"Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. "It took a day or two to warm up to The Beachouse. I was expecting more of a resort-feel but instead it felt like an upmarket backpackers. The breakfast supplied was very basic..cornflakes and weetbix, bananas, toast and spreads but you could buy a cooked breakfast. But it was very clean, and the food changed for evening meals and was very nice, especially the curries. "Efficient and friendly staff from the office in Noumea to the hotel on the island, very well organised transfer, beautiful bungalow over the water, great buffet at night and in the morning for breakfast. Fantastic to be able to swim with turtles! We definitely be back!"
