"I had a wonderful stay at Wild Roots! I stayed for 6 nights. Room was spotless. Great AC. Kettle with tea and coffee. Spacious bathroom with a hot shower. Loved the balcony. Location is ideal. One minute walk to the stunning beach, but just off the busy main road. Staff were incredibly friendly. Always available both before and during my stay. Nothing was too much bother. Helped arranged drivers for me. Would absolutely stay again. "

"Toted as being one of the most remote hotels in SL the hotel did not disappoint. Fabulous location and well run for such a remote site. You certainly got a sense of the rainforest by the time you got there. Our container was comfortable and the bar and dinning rooms spacious. As vegetarians we were a little bored with curry and rice yet again but it was nice not to have to face another buffet dinner as dinner was served to you. "Beautiful room and location - this guesthouse only features 1 bedroom (a minute walk away from the host's house) and is quite isolated. Perfect to spend time in silence, reading or meditating. There are a few guesthouses a couple of minutes walk and it is literally 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the national park. The host is wonderful and is a guide himself, - his wife cooks great meals (recommended the vibe rice option)."
